Every door with side lights or without sidelight is made specific to the customer’s requirements, to fit the opening size provided by the customer. Once such customised orders are placed, we cannot make any changes to the door. Doors are produced and imported from abroad. We use High quality material on our doors to achieve best quality product. It is highly recommended that your contractor/fitter does not make any changes to the door at their end, as each door is tested before it leaves the factory and making changes would undermine its warranty. By signing this document, you are confirming that you accept all details listed and we can proceed with the production of the door. Validity of Quotation is maximum 15 days. We reserve the right to make some technical changes.

Payment Terms: Full payment in advance is required to proceed with the order.The delivery period will begin only on the receipt of the payment. VAT invoice will be raised after the receipt of the full payment (before delivery).

Installation: We are a supply only company,supplying mainly to windows and door suppliers or builders. But for our retail customers, we can help to find them an installer/fitter who can fit the door for them, however it is the customers responsibility to vet them and pay them directly for the installation. We can’t take guarantees of any fitters/installers work even if we suggest you any name of the fitter/installer and we can’t be liable for any damages done by them as fitters/installers are not our employees.
Note: As mentioned before, the doors are made according to customer specifications and dimensions, once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. In case, there are some minor changes to the accessories or add-ons, subject to the door not being in production; we may be able to consider the change if possible,at that stage, but this cannot be guaranteed. There is no refund or exchange on doors if you have ordered a bespoke door which is specifically made for your door aperture. The only time you can exchange or receive a refund, is when you order a door from our readymade stock collection for immediate delivery and that too is subject to the door being in its original packing and is not fitted . In your case, your door order is bespoke (made to order) and not part of the stock collection. So please make sure you have carefully read all technical details above, before placing an order. Our doors come with low thresholds only for ease of access for both disabled people and families with young children. It does not come with a cill.
