Location & Facilities
DBU has a 293-acre campus which is a beautiful place to spend your university years. Located in the rolling hills of southwestern Dallas overlooking Mountain Creek Lake, the main campus of DBU provides a safe and secluded community in a metroplex of more than 5 million people. The campus conveniently sits only 13 miles from downtown Dallas, 19 miles from downtown Fort Worth, and is centrally located near the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and Love Field.
City
The Dallas and Fort Worth Metroplex is a great place to live and learn. Because of its high-tech industry, central location, cost of living and the city's position in the international marketplace, Dallas/Fort Worth is one of the fastest growing metropolitan areas in the United States. Although DBU is located in the thriving, urban area of Dallas/Fort Worth, which holds a population of more than 5 million people, its 292-acre campus seems secluded in its picturesque, hill-country location and provides opportunity to be a part of a small community. DBU is an excellent place to enjoy your university years.
Accommodation Facilities
At DBU, students have several on–campus living options to help them transition to life on their own while being surrounded by a supportive and, not to mention fun, community. From traditional residence halls to apartments and townhomes, DBU’s rich residence life provides students with the opportunity to learn how to live with others, experience different cultures or backgrounds, and organize their time to fit in studying, working, and social activities in a Christ-centered community.
