• Our buses are equipped with the latest safety equipment, like the Stage 3 GPS/Vehicle Tracking System, Dash Cam, SOS Button, and Stage 3 FAPS System.


• Our drivers are well experienced and regularly trained for safe passenger transportation.


• All our buses have trained conductors, and if there are female passengers in any bus, a female conductor is also provided.


• We handle complaints and suggestions in a centralized manner through our 24x7 help desk.


• To maintain transparency, our booking and billing system is through an online platform and as per applicable GST.


• We never allow bookings beyond the capacity of the bus, so that no passenger has to stand or sit uncomfortably while traveling.


• By not adding extra unwanted seats to our buses, we provide student passengers with adequate leg space for a comfortable journey.


• We maintain regular hygiene and cleanliness in our buses, keeping the health of the student passengers in mind.


• Our services are also available for Wednesday doubt classes and any exams on Sunday.


• All information and schedules of buses are shared with students and parents through WhatsApp groups or SMS.


• GPS tracking access and alert system messages before arrival at stoppages are also shared with the parents. In case of any breakdown, we have extra buses so that the students do not face any problems.


• Our staff is available at each campus during working hours throughout the year to promptly resolve any issues.
