Forging

At JPF, we have one of the best capacities and capabilities of forgings. Our infrastructure consists of automated press lines and air operated Hammers equipped with 3 Way temperature controlled Pyrometer-sensed induction billet heaters. Our forging lines are highly flexible and can produce parts of all complexities varying from 1 kg to 70 kg. Our in- house metallurgical lab supports our forging and heat-treatment operations. Our experienced metallurgical engineers can analyse chemical and structural composition, verify mechanical properties and perform detailed component analysis.
