Easily quantifiable services like accounts production, filing taxes and bookkeeping are best covered under this model. Some of our clients prefer this approach when they start out, but as their practice grows they generally move to the Dedicated Resource model.

Each FTE (full-time equivalent) sends regular reports on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis, making it easier for you to track the task status. This model allows you to have direct involvement in the delivery of the project.
